The Fulcos
Home Alone (single)

Two of Hollywood’s rising stars, Joei and Jesse Fulco can currently be seen as the leads in the talented new American rock band "The Fulcos". The Fulco family currently resides in Las Vegas, NV. Joei, 13 years old, is the lead singer, plays lead electric guitar and is the main songwriter. Her gritty and raspy Kim Carnes style voice is unique and strong. She plays a Paul Reed Smith guitar. Jesse, 11 years old, is the lead bass player which he plays left handed like his hero, Paul McCartney and has been playing since he was 5 years old. The Fulcos would not be complete without the last two members of the band, Stevie and Tyler. Stevie is only seven years old; she sings, plays bass and just wrote her first song. Tyler is four years old and plays the drums. Please check out our full web site by visiting www.thefulcos.com.

Les Sabler - Crescent Shores

Les Sabler
Crescent Shores

Crescent Shores represents a new direction for acclaimed guitarist Les Sabler as he performs solely on nylon string acoustic guitar. The song selection includes three new arrangements of tracks from Sabler's classic "Time For Love" album, as well as, covers of Stevie Wonder's "Overjoyed," Sting's "Fragile" and Mark Almond's "Lonely Girl." The project originally began in 1991, but the tapes were set aside for many years. Sabler returned to the sessions recently, creating a brand new album from this moment in his past. Included from the original sessions are performances on select tracks by drummer David "Frankie" Toler and the late bassist Bruce Waibel who had just completed a long run as the rhythm section for the Gregg Allman Band, as well as, Steve Gould on sax and flute on two selections and Richard Elliot on one. The new sessions include co-producer Allon Sams on keyboards and trumpet, former James Brown drummer Erik Hargrove, bassist Ruben Drake and noted percussionist Joe Lala. With elements of Latin, Jazz and Pop, Crescent Shores is yet another great work in Les Sabler’s fast growing discography.

Shenkar
Open The Door

You've heard his voice on the theme song to the NBC hit smash hit series "Heroes" and there's a good chance you own at least one, if not several albums, to which he's contributed, including those by Frank Zappa, Phil Collins, Talking Heads, Lou Reed, Marianne Faithful, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Van Morrison and U2. The artist is none other than Shenkar, a virtuoso vocalist, violinist, composer and producer who appears on albums that total over 35 million sales. It's been a few years, however, since Shenkar stepped out of the shadows to record his own project, but that will change with the release of Open The Door. A steamy, seductive, electro dance collection like nothing clubland has heard before, the recording features guests such as Natasha Bedingfield, Randy Jackson, Patrick Leonard, Wendy & Lisa, Train's Pat Monahan, The Human Value's Turu and Blackalicious' Lateef.

THE HUMAN VALUE

"The Human Value didn't mess around. They rocked the audience from start to finish holding a good majority of the Spaceland audience with an all out performance that I have rarely witnessed in the late slot. The Human Value is composed of the dynamic duo of Turu (Vocals) and Hiram Fleites(Guitars). Hiram was carrying the sonic load with his Epiphone hollowbody guitar that doubled as guitar and bass. "Pleasant Town" from their album "Push and Pull" served as the first punch to the face with its brutal guitar/bass lead as Turu raced around the stage manically. The Human Value would fall into the realm of high octane garage rock with gothic inspiration from Siouxsie and the Banshees. Turu pulled out the cowbell and stated she won a Grammy for "Pretty Mouth" as they continued to bludgeon the audience with Hiram's heavy riffs. Turu also grabbed Heisenflei in front of the stage and gave her a personal dedication as they tore into song. Their set had a sense of unpredictability and danger that is rarely seen in live shows. I especially enjoyed Hiram's leap from his amp to punctuate the set. That is what I call a rock and roll show."

“…Turu’s thirilling wail charges the NYC band’s dark swathes of mood pop.”
