Henry created Sin-Drome Records as a home for the recordings of Bobby Caldwell. He recently negotiated a major distribution deal for his record labels with Sony. In addition, Henry is the Former owner of the world-famous Warner Bros. Amigo Studios and 100-Watt KZZO Radio station. He has created several other industry businesses which have achieved success under his guidance.
The long-term success of Big Deal Records and The Music Force Publishing entities, shows Henry Marx is an accomplished industry veteran. He is a tireless record label executive, music publisher, record producer, and artist manager with an extensive background in all aspects of the recording industry and has enjoyed success in styles ranging from pop, rock, jazz, urban hip-hop to instrumental and alternative dance music. Henry’s management expertise has guided the careers of artists as diverse as BOBBY CALDWELL, LAURA BRANIGAN, TOWER OF POWER, and GARRY GLENN. Henry has earned several BMI Multi-Platinum Radio Airplay and ASCAP Awards in addition to over sixty Gold and Platinum albums, generating over 150 million records sales and more than 30 million units in sample usages, including #1 hits with PETER CETERA and AMY GRANT (which Henry co-wrote), NEIL DIAMOND, BOZ SCAGGS, ANITA BAKER, ALICIA KEYS, TRACY BYRD, JOHN LEGEND, and ZZ TOP’S BILLY GIBBONS among many others.
